At RW Electrodes, we stand behind the precision and quality of our welding and industrial components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific electrode specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Product
Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution warehouse; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the electrodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
